ComForcare has always been involved in Caregiving for children, otherwise known as Pediatric Care. But over the last few years, this has extended out to encompass the following as well:

1. Professional Babysitting or In-Home Child Care

Allow our Caregivers to come in and be a babysitter for your children when:

• You want a night out with your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend
• You need a couples vacation get-away
• You need a girl’s or boy’s night out
• For an overnight business trip
• You are at work during normal hours and prefer an in-home child caregiver

It is important to note that our employee’s (unlike normal “babysitters” in your home) are direct employee’s of our company. As a result that means we do background checks, random drug testing, and are a part of our normal 10 step hiring process. In addition, for those Babysitters that are CNA’s you are assured that they are CPR certified as well which is a comforting thought. Last but not least, and this is important, you know that the full support of ComForcare is behind all of our employee’s which includes, among many things, the fact that we can immediately staff or re-staff in case of a babysitter calling out due to an emergency, being sick, or going on vacation etc.

2. Nanny Service

Many of our younger professionals in Charlotte are either Single Parents or both parents work. Allow us to come in and provide on-going Nanny Service in your home . In addition to a normal Nanny Service, you also get the back-up of ComForcare Caregivers/Sitters immediately being able to assist if your Nanny has an Emergency or becomes sick. And lets face it, this will happen eventually.

Behind our Child Care Services is the dedicated Staff of Professionals that include RN’s and CNA’s in the Office that do staffing/administrative work.  We hire CNA’s in the office allowing us to utilize them in case of an immediate staffing emergency.  Again, the fact we can immediately re-staff in case of an emergency is a comforting thought. Finally, be rest assured that our Caregivers are part of the same staff that has earned an A+ Rating from the local Better Business Bureau and numerous Regional and National Awards and Certifications.
