Phil Koch is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He earned his BSBA from Appalachian State University and his MBA, with concentrations with Marketing and Finance, from Wake Forest University. He sits on the Board of Directors (VP) for the National Private Duty Association (NPDA-NC) that represents Home Health and Home Care Agencies throughout NC. He also sits on the BOD for The Shepherd Center in Charlotte, a Non-profit Agency which is involved and/or leads both social work and senior activities/programs for senior adults in and around the greater Charlotte area. He is a Charter Member and, currently, President Elect of the Indian Land Rotary Club. He was appointed to the Lancaster County Health & Wellness Commission representing Aging for the past two years.  His current position on that appointed position is Vice Chairman.  Phil has held numerous other positions within the Senior / Health Care industry including BOD or Representative member for The Family Center, the Parkinson’s Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, etc.  In fact, ComForcare is a National Team Sponsor for the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk held annually in Charlotte and other markets.

Phil is a frequent guest on the TV show "Aging with Attitude" which airs on the local public access television channel - Channel 21 in Charlotte as well as "Learn TV" in Lancaster, SC. He is a member of various Senior Network associations within the Carolinas including ICE (Rock Hill), ARN North, ARN, CMAC, LKNR   We also are the host of the Alzheimer’s/Parkinson’s/Dementia Support Group held in Sun City (Del Webb) community between Charlotte and Lancaster, SC.  We are also the host of the Alzheimer’s Support Group at the Matthews Help Center.

Lisa Koch has been actively involved and employed in the Health Care and Senior Industry for 20 plus years.  She has worked for numerous Pharmaceutical Companies, Hospice, Assisted Living Center, and Skilled Nursing Facility.  She currently is employed by the well respected DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company Chair & Equipment company here in the Charlotte market as a Sales Representative.

ComForcare Senior Services is a nationally franchised company based in Bloomington Hills, Michigan with over 120 offices around the country.  Phil and Lisa bought their first franchise in December 2005 and have grown it substantially (both geographically and in clientel) since then becoming one of the largest, and most respected, home care agencies in the Charlotte and surrounding regions.  In addition, within the ComForcare system, Phil has won numerous achievement and leadership awards.  Phil currently serves as Regional Advisor to the ComForcare Franchise system for all Southeast franchises.
